Kabuto and Orochimaru will be executed

When Kabuto gives his story to Naruto, he will be forgiven. He was lost, like Naruto. Only he didn't have someone like Jiraiya to guide him, he had Orochimaru.
Whatever Naruto says to the Gokage, they'll listen. So when Naruto tells them to ease off of Kabuto and he explains to them what happened on Kabuto's behalf, they'll forgive Kabuto as well.

No matter how you slice it, Kabuto will not be executed Lol

By order of Masashi Kishimoto, Kabuto cannot die in these coming chapters. Now, can he actually die? Of course. But it will not be happening. Why?

It is established that Kabuto will meet his brother again and go back to the orphanage.
And it is reiterated in the most recent chapter.

Kishi wouldn't set something like that up to just throw it away. Kabuto will absolutely see the end of the war and cannot die until he reunites with his brother and returns to the orphanage.

Naruto will not forgive them, but he will not take any action against them. The 5 Kages will accept his decision.
Just like Pain attack Konoha.
He said to Nagato; "I will not forgive you ........" but in return, Nagato revived those dead people he killed.
Kabuto could be useful in the future; his medic skill most probably at par with Tsunade.
Orochimaru will lost interest on Sasuke, he may do research about IT, or Kaguya, etc.
But don't forget, he save and revived all 5 Kages.
There won't be any execution of these 2.
This is War. In war, killing enemies are the mission.
Then many others, say Kakashi, also killed many shinobi during fighting.

Just like our world, world war 1 & 2, many dies, many killing enemies. What happen....

Meh everyone is probably going to return to the village. Kabuto is probably going to return to his orphanage while Orochimaru returns to the leaf. I don't know may be Tsunade will vouch for him.
