Yeah sure no problem. He saved Sasuke and thus also had a hand in saving the world. He was confused about his place in the world and Naruto can sympathize with that. Neither of them are being executed Lol. And if Obito can be forgiven by Naruto, Kabuto most certainly can. All you need is Naruto's approval and you're home free.

the only person executing Orochimaru will be Sasuke when Orochimaru finally deicides to take his body. That is when Orochimaru will meet his end IMO.

I assume that will probably happen around the time Naruto and Sasuke finally have their fight.

Except Naruto always disliked both Kabuto and Orohimaru.Kabuto only saved what could have been saved.It's questionable what the kages can think of them after the IT,but I can see they cannot escape like that.
