Thanks. It really isn't up to them on how a criminal from the Leaf is dealt with. In the past they would have had a hand because they would have threatened war. But seeing as how a war just ended I highly doubt they would do that.

So, someone like Naruto can't capture them? He's still not a kage so he would obey tsunade and kakashi. But I bet rsunade would pardon oro for revicing them. Also Naruto wants to have butt *** with sasuke, so if sasuke asks him he would disobey tsunade and kakashi.
