both have disadvantages if ka didnt have a time limit that shit would own everyone. i go with ka if your planning on taking over the world.

Not if your an UCHIHA or have Senju DNA because the strength of the chakra After the technique is used, it requires around a decade before it can be used again, but this period can be drastically reduced through the possession of Hashirama Senju's cells, as observed by Danzล Shimura's use. KA is so bad ass they made sure u cant go around using it all willy nilly. they slapped a 10 year time period between each use...

Both have their ups and downs.
KA puts ideas into the victims head making it seem they come to a decision all on their own. The only downfall is that the recharge time takes 10 years however combined with senju dna significantly decreases the time to a few hours! It also does not require eye contact.
Tsuykomi works differently. It requires eye contact and puts the victim into the users own world. Depending on the skill of the user can control the time and events that happen in this world making it deadly. It has no recharge time be but seems to take a bit of a toll on a MS user.

KA is potentially more dangerous because you could genjutsu someone into killing themselves and they would do it without realizing that there's even a genjutsu behind their sudden mood swing its so strong it could over power edo tensai orders which could make someone do something they are completely against doing.
