KA is so bad ass they made sure u cant go around using it all willy nilly. they slapped a 10 year time period between each use...

KA puts ideas into the victims head making it seem they come to a decision all on their own. The only downfall is that the recharge time takes 10 years however combined with senju dna significantly decreases the time to a few hours! It also does not require eye contact.

Tsuykomi works differently. It requires eye contact and puts the victim into the users own world. Depending on the skill of the user can control the time and events that happen in this world making it deadly. It has no recharge time be but seems to take a bit of a toll on a MS user.
