K11 Strongest to Weakest

I guess Naruto is "stronger" than Shikamaru,but he wouldn't be able to beat him. It would be like a mouse trying to outsmart a scientist.

I'd put Choji above Naruto tbvh. Prior to learning Sage Mode and Kurama's chakra, he was always so mediocre and underwhelming to me.

Crazy thing is naruto is the one who most of the villains out of that group

Shino?? Well it's true he never lost but that's because we've only seen him fight only in the chuunin exam and since then he was completely off screen until sometime during the war arc when he was fighting against fodder white zetsu and some juubi minions...

Shino is very smart but clearly his only main arsernal is insect which is the only thing that can ambush the enemy but he doesn't excel in other jutsu.

Shikamaru shits on beginning of shippuden Naruto. Gated Lee, and Neji should suffice as well. All he learned to do over 2 years was make a slightly bigger rasengan and get worse at controlling his kyuubi which ironically was what the training was supposed to be about.

Guess Jiraiya just focused on researching for his new book rather than giving Naruto any sort of training.

The fight against torune was filler although I find it arguable that this fight is legit despite it's anime only.

Okay his insect jutsu is versatile but his scale nothing like Konan because like I said the only purpose with his insect is to ambush by having these insect crawl up in your sleeve and sap your chakra to death. His insect jutsu takes alot of process to kill an enemy which he doesn't have any feat that can do instant damage that can kill you quickly. Depending on the circumstance, the longer the battle are, the more likely Shino holds the advantage.
Furthermore anyone that I list above shino can easily counter with their jutsu by deflecting or can prevented or either they can take out shino quickly enough.
