1. Lee (Gates are too beast)

I'd put Choji above Naruto tbvh. Prior to learning Sage Mode and Kurama's chakra, he was always so mediocre and underwhelming to me.

his 1000 clones will overcome Butterfly mode. he can use Kyuubi chakra (like he always does when he uses Taijuu Kage Bunshin) he just can't go into any of the tailled modes.
