still its a wind jutsu and wind is weak to fire and the meteor didnt hit the ground (as it says in the description that it must hit the ground to become a typhoon) so the typhoon didnt happen it just strengthened my dragon fire gats im sorry but roku is right and i did win a long time ago....i just didnt notice this O_O
