Good. That's the three main sections you can target along the arm. Now lets move on to the lower body, starting at the hip.

Sorry for late reply.

Femoral nerve: The femoral nerve, since it goes through the whole leg, it is thickest by the top so I would target that since it's easier to target as well with both needle style and ghost palm. Can be attacked to numb the section making it difficult to move the leg.

Iliac artery and vein: Needle style for damaging the veins and arteries, ghost palm for slowing the flow of blood. Numbing and paralyzing effects like everything else as well as slowing/speeding up the blood flow.

Total hip replacement hardware: Ghost palm do dislocate it but I think strong fist is better.

Sciatic notch: The source of the sciatic nerve, if I attack this with needle style the whole nerve will be shut down preventing movement of the leg.

Sciatic nerve: Needle style, can paralyze/numb parts of the leg.

Good. Sorry for the late response myself.

As for the hip replacement, don't worry about that. There aren't many shinobi with those, so just treat it the same as a normal hip joint. :p

Tibial nerve: Since it goes along the knee I can strike it with either of the two styles, ghost palm for a larger area and needle style for a more precise hit. Either ways, I can use this to paralyze the knee joint preventing my opponent from bending it which would hinder him from using the leg correctly.

Popliteal artery: Since it goes along the whole leg I can stop the blood flow in the leg temporairly which would cause numbness. After enough strokes I could even open up the artery causing internal bleeding.

Common peroneal nerve and Sureal nerve: Since they are small I'd use needle style and they would cause pain and numbness in the knee and lower leg I presume.

Good as always. ^^

On to the last joint.

Fibularis (peroneus) longus tendon: Since this is a tendon, striking this with needle style to damage it more precisely by rupturing it, or ghost palm for a larger area of effect. The damaging of the tendon would make the usage of the leg completely impossible since the muscles and bones are connected by the tendons.

Extensor digitorium longus muscle and tendon: Since this is a tendon, striking this with needle style to damage it more precisely by rupturing it, or ghost palm for a larger area of effect. The damaging of the tendon and muscle would make the usage of the leg completely impossible since the muscles and bones are connected by the tendons.

Fibularis (peroneus) brevis muscle: Ghost palm or needle style, numbing the muscle upon contact, causing painful cramps.

Superior extensor retinaculum: A simple strike of the needle style could rip apart these sheaths that protect the tendons and nerves.

Lalteral malleolus of fibula: Since this is a bone, the ending of the fibula and the piece that keeps all of the foot together and functional I think Strong fist is better suited for hurting this part.

Inferior extensor retinaculum: A simple strike of the needle style could rip apart these sheaths that protect the tendons and nerves.

Extensor muscle: These muscles are the ones connecting the whole foot, it's engine. Striking them with needle style or ghost palm in order to sever them/cause cramps will both work. Damaging that muscle enough would immobilize the foot for a duration of time.

Superficial fibular nerve: Another nerve, ghost palm is best suited for this. Severing this would again prevent proper usage of the leg.

Extensor hallucis longus tendon: Another tendon, striking this with needle style to damage it more precisely by rupturing it, or ghost palm for a larger area of effect. The damaging of the tendon would make the usage of the leg completely impossible since the muscles and bones are connected by the tendons.

Tibialis anterior tendon: Since this is a tendon, striking this with needle style to damage it more precisely by rupturing it, or ghost palm for a larger area of effect. The damaging of the tendon would make the usage of the leg completely impossible since the muscles and bones are connected by the tendons.

Deep fibular nerve: A nerve that coils around the foot, the nerves etc. Damaging the nerve with either of the two mentioned style works. The effects would be numbness, paralyzing etc.

Medial malleous of tibia: Since this is a bone, the ending of the tibia and the piece that keeps all of the foot together and functional I think Strong fist is better suited for hurting this part.

Tendinous sheats: A simple strike of the needle style could rip apart these sheaths that protect the tendons and nerves.

Extensor tendons: Since this is a tendon, striking this with needle style to damage it more precisely by rupturing it, or ghost palm for a larger area of effect. The damaging of the tendon would make the usage of the leg completely impossible since the muscles and bones are connected by the tendons.

Extensor expansions: The expansions, they connect the toe bones, striking them with either of the style causes pain upon moving, numbness and damaging of the tissue.

Very good. ^^

Now lets put these lessons to practice.

*makes two clones*

Deal with these two clones while targeting specific spots using the needle form.

The two clones stand back to back for a moment looking at you. At my signal that dash forward, one clone takes the lead as the other moves behind him. The front clone approaches and rears back with his right fist. He dives it forwards towards you face driving it into your chin forcing you back. As you stumble he drops down and spins to his left with his left leg extended, sweeping your legs out from beneath you. The rear clone leaps over the front one and drives his right foot down into your chest, crashing you into the ground. He lands behind you and turns to face you.

Giovanni watches his teachers clones standing back to back. He closes his eyes for a moment focusing his strength and chakra. Even though his eyes are closed, thanks to his eyes he is still able to see his entire surrounding including the clones before him. Seeing how the clones dash forwards he makes himself ready for a counterattack. Focusing on the front clone and his movements he sees the clones fist going back and he anticipates a punch. As the clone throws it's punch and extends his hand, Giovanni pivots on his right leg, turning to the side and using the clones momentum to his advantage. As Giovanni slides so his front is facing the clones right side, Giovanni grabs the clones ankle with his right hand and launches his left index and middle fingers into the clones elbow striking the ulnar nerve which spreads through the entire arm twice with two quick taps. That way Giovanni paralyzes the clones elbow preventing him from bending the elbow and rendering his whole arm useless. Giovanni then yanks the clones arm down and behind it's back so that Giovanni is directly behind the clone. Giovanni firmly grabs the arm with both hands and spins the clone around himself, knocking the second clone away while at it. Letting the clone go while aiming towards the second one, both clones disperse as they collide with each other. Giovanni then pants heavily after using so much energy to stop the clones.

Good enough?
