After last chapter it's safe to assume Juubito is on an entirely different level.. He 1 shot Solo Hashirama and Tobirama as well as destroying the Mokuton seal and the red sun barrier..

At this point there are only 2 things that could stop him..

Talk no Jutsu

or

Totsuka sword/Yata Mirror the ultimate weapons confirmed in manga and databook by Kishi himself

Sadly Itachi was released from the series so he didn't have to one shot
