If Obito has his other eye, he's basically Kakashi+. If he doesn't, he loses. The only thing he can use to take out PS is Juubidama, and PS can cut the tree or Kamui Shuriken can warp the whole tree away. Other than that, Obito can't block it's attacks and he probably won't be evading them for long, if at all.

Obito can't use kamui intangibility and warping while he's in JJ mode. So its useless tho give him that other eye, since it seems he can't use susano either (if jjs could use suano then jj madara would have used it, but he didn't, it seems getting the juubi nullifies your ms abilities)

So, kakashi speedblitzed a being a lot stronger than juubito, Kaguya even got a power up after coming back from her rabbit mode, and still kakashi went right trough her shoulder.

DMS Kakashi's kamui snipe and kamui shurikens should be enough to take down juubito.

Obito only stopped it because kakashi was trying to warp the gedo mazo's head, wich is pretty big, so it took him longer time and obito had time to react.

When we talk about human sized targets, kakashi warps them faster than obito's reaction speed. We have the clear example of BM Naruto's clone.

Obito can only cancel kakashi's kamui if its targeted to big targets. If its not, then its too fast to react and cancel it.
