Stalemate. Unlike Madara, Juubito was an extremely defensive fighter that would naturally surround himself with the Truth Seeking Balls even against the most minor of attacks. I simply believe it may actually be in character for Obito to keep himself covered with Truth Seeking material and literally do nothing else. I'm honestly willing to bet Juubito would wait until Gai died of old age, left to eat, poo, or something like that.
