Hiruzen's regeneration has nothing to do with Obito being Obito or Juubito. Hiruzen suffered a blow from the black orbs so that means Hiruzen won't be revived back. He's dead.

I believe it has to with that obito - juubito or rather juubi - juubito fact. Just check last page chapter 638 how he sliced them!
