Juubi not 100%?

So After this new chapter and the revelation that the Sage had a brother does this change things with the Juubi that the NA has been fighting and Obito and Madara were jin to?

This pic says that both brothers split the essence of the Juubi between them.

The Sage then split his portion of the Juubi into 9 Bijuu. So even though Obito and Madara were able to get all 9 beasts chakra it's still not the whole Juubi chakra. Does this mean the Juubi we've seen is only a portion of the Juubi's true size and strength?

No, either is brother handed over the other tailed beasts or that was a manga error.

Im guessing both of them sealed the Jubbi in the moon, not just one, since there is no other way to contain the other half.

the shinju can be completed even without it's original amount, though it takes a while before reaching final form

I know. Nothing was said about his brother in general until know it seems kinda outta left field, but hey it opens the door to Sage=Uzumaki again only now it's Sage's Brother = Uzumaki
