We have a special custom jutsu's social group for customs. And I like the way it is organised, and personally I think it's better than what any site can do, and anybody who makes a site for it is wasting their time for something that probably isn't as good.

Twin Black Dragon can use everyone, Demonic Ice Mirrors only who have KG Hyouton ;P
