Justin Law wears a set of earbuds, though they are very thin, and do not effect his ability to hear people. They are for aesthetic value only.
Unlike most Hyuugas, his Byakugan when activated, has a slight blue tint. This is similar to Hinata's slight purple tint in her eyes.
Justin now wears a black cloth blindfold over his eyes.
Personality: Justin's personality can be described as polite and zealous. He is seen smiling numerous times in the series and addresses his peers and enemies with suffixes. He does not openly look down on anyone, nor chastises them, yet is prepared to kill should he be given the orders by Shinigami.
One of Justin's most notable characteristics was his devout faith in Shinigami to whom prays and give thanks for everything. His faith affects the clothes he wears and how he typically speaks, using chiefly religious terms even within his normal sentences.

Bayonet Blades
On each of Justin's arms there are summoning tattoos that each contain fifty Bayonet Blades, as displayed in the image above. He triggers the summoning tattoos by flicking his wrists, causing one or a few bayonet blades to fly forth from his sleeves that he will catch at their grips and then wield them as swords or throw them as projectiles. The bayonet blades can be wielded in between the fingers like claws and can also be thrown like this, allowing multiple blades to be thrown from a single hand at one time.
Wind
The Church had taught him from young age to manipulate the elements, and Justin took a particular liking to wind. He honed his abilities, to the point where he could use all wind jutsus with one handseal.

Background Info.
History: Justin Law was born into a family of cultists in Kirigakure. The cult, the worshippers of Lord Death (Alucard) had spread far and wide. In Konoha, the massive following of the church of Lord Death migrated to Kirigakure in order to be closer to their lord. Justin, being the son of two Hyuugas, was separated from his parents at birth to become a priest from an early age.
The church, being a cult, participated in several assassinations, which the chief priest, had warranted. Justin was taught from an early age how to fight using basic combat techniques, and was taught the official style of the church; Kyotoryu. This gave him a head start in many areas, and allowed him to become an assassin at age 14. By age 15, Justin had mastered all of the elements, putting a preference on wind. As an assassin, he made a name for himself.
One year ago, on his 16th birthday, the chief priest told him to carry out the order of massacring the church. Justin without hesitation, walked inside, and slaughtered every member. Afterwards, he burnt the church to the ground, and met with the priest yet again. Standing there with him, were two figures. One, he instantly recognized as Lord Death. The other was a young boy, with snow white hair and a white blindfold. As he approached the head priest, he removed his hood, revealing himself, or rather herself, to be Liliana. The boy with the white hair handed Justin a black cloth to wear on his eyes. Justin joined the three, and simply smiled, before walking with them back into the main village area of Kirigakure.
