Just Wondering

whenever i start a shippuden episode on here the add always freezes and i cant watch the rest of the episode and when i try to go onto the next episode it does the same thing.. it has happened before.. but not its starting to get on my nerves cause i wanna know what happens in the series!

does this happen to anyone else?
can anyone help me out with this situation?

btw im new to this NB.. ive had warm welcomes and thanks!
