[Discussion] Just started watching One Piece...

... and I'm freakin' hooked!!! Ahahahaha!!! I just finished watching Luffy pwn Buggy + Zoro's laugh is freakin' awesome too.

So with that, any tips or suggestions for One Piece?

Or... what were your first impressions?

That might be true, but the anime isnt half bad, its actually great. The anime is almost always and arc behind, so give the guy a break, he just got into it.

You're gunna have to watch a lot of episodes but it's going to be so worth it. Just use the wiki (avoid spoilers) to dodge useless fillers, it'll help a lot.

I was the same way when I first started. Totally hooked XD My tip would be to just stick with it. Some people say that it gets really boring in some parts, but I found all of it worth watching (okay, maybe not some of the fillers ). One Piece is incredible. <3

Although that wasn't what my first impression was. I'd say I was a bit put off just because of how different it was, but then, I started really liking the characters, the plot... everything. I fell hard for this series. And I'm not even fully caught up with the anime yet!

Jokes aside, it's worth watching. One Piece is the best series I've ever seen, and I seriously recommend for you to continue till the end *_*

When you reach the Nami arc, you should watch the "nami special". It's a remake of that arc but in much higher quality ^^
