Not even surprised. People forget that she has good CC because her reserves are so tiny. And even then, it took her 3 f**king years to store chakra on her forehead. How long did it take for Sasuke to convert Chakra 100 times greater in potency and larger in size into Raiton, along with merging it and balancing it perfectly ... and manipulating its shape as well? A couple of seconds? Yup, better CC, indeed.
