Well, from the look of it it's definitely going to be SP that's going to anime this. In one hand it's good because they are already accustomed to the art style and if this anime is going to be a short series like 12 or 24 episodes per season, that would leave the art and animation more time to be perfected, on the other, well shit, it's probably going to be another filler fest

I mean, if the recap ends and starts off at kawaki vs boruto. Could the anime fill that gap between the movie and flash forward?

Honestly can't answer that question. I bet it'll start off like Shippuden where they show Naruto/Sakura/Yamato/Sai searching for 'Sasuke' but instead with 'Boruto v. Kawaki'

If it's an adaption of the Manga, then obviously Manga > Anime, just like Naruto.

Fillers wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing if it was well done.

Showing what's going on in other villages
Expanding on the cast of next gen characters, including the ones that will probably get pushed to side character forgotten tier.
Showcase more of the world now during this new era. We've already seen pieces of technological advancements.

Then again, this is SP, the ones who gave Hagoromo white Byakugan looking eyes that turned into Sharingan that jumped into Rinnegan and he one shot Hamura with Chidori, Ashura with Rasengan and Mokuton while completely forgetting his chakra avatar, and Indra with Sasuke's Mangekyo. :|
