Can Mayuri seal juha bach away or is the seal that is currently holding aizen sousuke too weak to seal juha bach? does he need a stronger seal to seal juha bach?

I think they can but they wont since Lord Aizen Sama will destroy jewha bach soon

No they can't. Quincy power works differently anyway, the seals keep aizen reiatsu close to him, but quincys absorb reiatsu, they don't use it or need to use it the same way a shinigami does. They can probably seal him once ichigo beats him.
