[Question] Judging Customs

Customs that are created, just how are they graded/ judged to say that "Don't Repost tech" or "No that clan won't work" I wanna know so I won't fail without knowing what I did wrong. *Since my last request for a weapon was turned down with explanation of what I did wrong* I wanna know so I don't feel like the customs submission request aren't biased.*_*

The Customs are Checked But Highly Experienced, Old RPers Who's Knowledge in Jutsu and all other stuffs are very High. You will get a Do Not Resubmit When your custom falls under any one of the following Categories.

1. If it is too Overpowered. If your Custom is OP as Hell like it cannot be Countered Easily. Or If it it cannot be Countered at all. Undetectable Technique also Falls under this category.

2. If it is Not allowed. Customs for Sharingan Genjutsu. Space Time. Sage Mode. S rank and Above Fuin. Kinjutsu. Swift Release. Curse Mark are currently Not Allowed.

3. Similar to Existing Techniques. If You custom is Similar to existing custom or Canon Technique then it Will be given a DNR.This one will suit Custom weapons too.

4. The User is not of the Rank to Wield the submitted custom Weapon. As you are a S Jounin, You can Submit Custom Weapon and wield Weapons which are B rank and Below. Since the Custom weapon which you have submitted is a S ranked one and it has some sort of seals in it, which will require fuinjutsu training it was DNR'd.

Also to add to Best's post, with the exception of weapons, you cannot submit customs that you have not reached the appropriate rank for.

For example, I am at C-Ranks in Katon (Fire). I can't submit fire customs that are higher than C-Rank even though I have a Sannin post rank. The rank of you can learn of a specific element is dependent on your post count.

Genin: 50 posts - 300 chakra/350 health - E + D Rank Jutsu's - 1 Basic Element - Basic Ninjutsu

Chunin: 200 Posts - 500 Chakra/600 Health - C Rank Jutsu's - 2 Basic Elements - Taijutsu

S-Jounin: 550 Posts - 700 Chakra/750 Health - B Rank Jutsu's - 3 Basic Elements - Genjutsu

Jounin: 1,050 Posts - 800 Chakra/850 Health - A Rank Jutsu's - 4 Basic Elements

S-Class: 2,400 Posts - 1,000 Chakra/1,000 Health - S Rank Jutsu's - 5 Basic elements

Sannin: 4,300 Posts - 1,200 Chakra/1,250 Health - Forbidden Rank Jutsu's - Fuuinjutsu

Kage: 8,000 Posts - 1,400 Chakra/1,450 Health - Custom Elements

Sage: 10,000 Posts - 1,800 Chakra/1,850 Health - Sage Mission/Custom Clan - Kinjutsu

Grim: 30,000 Posts - 2,000 Chakra/2,000 Health - Man of Love
