As for the sig I find it quite nice,The splatters give it a nice effect.

Think its a tutorial from Bakarenders. This GFXRussia who titles it as Easy Forum SIgnature #3 HD or something, about how to make a quick sig with this style.

Should dodge the top a bit and slightly blur the c4d and delete some portions of the hard brush as it sticks out on the other side of the c4d. changing the soft brush to screen or so to add some brighter light from the tunnel light or orb.
