In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.

Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.

While underground one can sense what is happening on the surface and use the information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. Once can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy cant reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth.

Tobi/Obito has shown during the anime/manga that he was very good in the usage of the earth technique, being able to travel from underground at high speeds, thus trying to say that I would be behind you before the fire ball hits you.

• Okay, so firstly, please stick with either first or third person, it gets confusing when you switch around. I understand the standard basic of using first person to execute your moves, as it is easier for most individuals, however, you would need to learn to stick with one way of RPing and also being your character.
• I'm going to break your first sentence down, if you don't mind, as I do like your post, but you need to emphasize a bit more on the RP aspects. Looking to a man, a unknown man." First off, what kind of battlefield did he walk onto? Why was he there? Why was he ready to face such a man, his opponent, and what would be the reason for his sudden attack?
  You don't simply and randomly attack people in the Ninja World, there is a reason and purpose behind what everyone does. Now, I'm not asking you to tell me why you chose the jutsus that you used, but at least, to attack a person, you must have some kind of reason behind it.
• Your second sentence: "As he had examined this man from toe to head, he quickly performs nine, but extremely fast handseals causing a large ball of fire to head towards the ''emotionless'' man leaving the fire ball to move forwards right onto the ground as I quickly disappear, into the ground." They are also more pressurized and thin, so if you were aiming to hide yourself behind it, I would still be able to spot you between such a thin line of fire.

The fire blazed closer as I quickly released Water chakra into the ground, releasing up from it a rapid pillar of water that lifted me into the air with in its pressurized state. As I was ready for such the impact and that it did no damage to me, I took easy control of my body weight as I went into the air, perfectly balancing myself on top of the water in a standing position. This pillar of water traveled about ten meters into the air, and was wide and long enough to fully neutralize the stream of fire that struck the place where I was only moments ago.
However, as this was a C-Rank Water move used to defend against a B-Rank Fire, the Water was easily neutralized, however, I had already utilized the full pressure of the Water to its advantage. Having jumped off the top of the Water in a 45 degree angle towards where my opponent was only moments ago, I drew my sword with my right hand, utilizing it as a pole to support my body weight as I landed mid range from my original position, very close to where the attacking stranger was before he disappeared.
As I came closer to the ground, I used one hand to stab the sword into the ground as my other hand came to strike the ground, releasing through it a wave of earth chakra, up to ten meters deep and ten meters far from all around me so that if my opponent was anywhere near me, he would be crushed by the moving plateaus of earth.
I sheathed my sword back into its scabbard as I found myself gasping for breath, unused to such measure of actions as the Sharingan drew a rather heavy amount of chakra from me.
Had the world come to this, where individuals would simply be attacked, only because they were alone during such a night? Was there even a reason for all the madness and insanity that went around unchecked, destroying the shinobi world piece by piece?
I wanted to know.
I needed to know.
And with a vitriolic gaze, I waited to perhaps catch my opponent in a more logical state.

Amazing, never had read such a way of rp'ing, this is amazing, I will drastically try to give this fight a little more, rpish taste.

As I have left the stream of fire by hiding underground, I keep sensing what's going on up there as I travel with a high speed underground, deep, underground while having my eyes open from underneath, feeling the cold earth mixed with roots and sand from everywhere. Roots that actually have to come in my way, giving me the impossibility to hide so deep underground and travel like i'm a mole. However, because of the earth chakra that is ''coating'' me they don't harm me or get in my way at all so to speak. With my sharingan activated, stitching my head upwards while underground being able to both sense, and see with the help of the terrifying and known sharingan. As I keep digging and take the kunai out of my pouch which is hidden under my cloak I suddenly see with the help of my sharingan that your chakra has changed somehow as I pass by the stream of fire because of my high speed digging easily outreaching the mole it's digging abilities. ''Chakra, strange. It has completely changed, what, or what's this man his purpose...? Hmpf, I don't care any less, he is standing in my way, nothing more nothing less... anyone, who stands in my way, get's executed''. As I start to tremble, because of the cold ground, I suddenly see a strange chakra starting to form from underneath the ground, right from underneath you, not exactly, but a little behind you watching the chakra to expand into a pillar filled with pure chakra lifting you two, or three meters into the sky and stop from traveling, staying hidden into the ground to sense and see what's next. ''Cheap.. but he's up to something''. As I speak, I notice the heat from underground that the fire is right from underneath me clasping against each other, closing my eyes a little because of the different elemental chakras getting together feeling a sudden headache to come up as the two powerful technique's get neutralized. As everything is clear to me now, and still see a body of chakra into the air which is making strange movements ''Madara'' knows and thinks that something is going to happen. Something didn't feel quite right. I knew that a simple disturbance of Earth wouldn't be enough to destroy the mysterious masked man - gazing down, I saw a wild burst of chakra, bright yellow in color, easily spreading to neutralize the technique I had just used beforehand.
Then the chakra signature, that was the man before, emerged from the ground. Caught by surprise, I found myself gazing into his cold eyes as the world around me faded into darkness.
Shit.
There was no doubt about it. I had been caught up in a Genjutsu, easily what our clan was known for. My Sharingan was not advanced enough to simply disregard it, so I formed Rat handseal, spiking my own chakra flow as the world around me snapped back into color.
''It's simply pathetic, how I have to battle you in this way as you were at an advantage..." The man spoke, his words as impassive as ever. His voice struck me as rather reserved, but extremely murderous nonetheless. "But that isn't happening anymore. This conversation has ended, exactly the way your heart will when I pierce through it. Don't you...dare get in my way."
"Get in your way?" Despite the fact I was struggling for breath, I managed to force out a light chuckle. "You took it upon yourself to attack me when I was simply enjoying such a wonderful night."
Leaning upon the hilt of my sword, I shrugged nonchalantly. "Care to tell me why I am a subject of interest for you?"

The effectiveness of this technique is dependent upon the skill of the user. A Jounin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to C-rank. An S-class ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to B-rank. A Sannin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to A-rank. A Sage rank user can dispel Genjutsu up to S-Rank. The user may use this technique through physical contact on others to dispel them from Genjutsu. As the masked man is standing in front of the kid that Obito still isn't able to figure out what kind of expression he has on his face, watching him staring in front of him noticing that the genjutsu has been successful, Obito forms a grin underneath his mask, as the emotionless kid suddenly starts talking... After Obito is done speaking, he starts sending a quite large amount of chakra trough his whole body, feeling the warmth covering his whole surrounding as he sends all the built chakra inside outta his mouth exactly after he has made the three required handseals for the technique, releasing a large fire-storm that has been started as a small fire ball, letting you experience the heat and concentrate on it whilst thinking of a counter attack. ''Exactly as planned.'' As the fire storm heads towards the emotionless expression showing man, Obito rapidly continue's with making a snake handseal, causing a lightning spear to appear inside of Obito his palm, sending a large amount of chakra trough his arm muscle and throwing it straight into the fire storm unknown to your sharingan or ears because of the fire storm it's loud destruction sound and heat. ''This, is the end.'' During watching the great fire works show heading towards the kid, Obito continues with sending earth chakra right from underneath him after stomping his feet on the ground, takes a deep breath and snaps his fingers, causing large stone spikes to emit from behind you, erupting in a oblique manner, breaking your back if they get in touch with you because of their huge size and strength and simultaneously pushing you straight into the fire storm. As the spikes erupt, the lightning spear would probably already be in your short ranged area, coming out of the fire with a quick movement impaling your chest whilst simultaneously the currents that cover the spear would paralyze you instantly.

This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. Ah, an expected answer. I closed my eyes just slightly. Yes, I could feel this man's anger, a simple hint that spoke of a hidden, painful past. Much like myself, it had been pushed to the bottom of his heart, where it drew him into a dark world of his own.
"You, stand in my way and I will kill you for that."
A mask. That was it. His world was his mask, his face and emotions never to be discovered. That was his world. How simple.
"It's just that it's not for nothing that I face you here, this day was meant to be...this day was for you...to DIE.''
And I couldn't help myself. I chuckled. In fact, I laughed quite loudly. "To...die?" I questioned softly. "You met a person on the road, and you wish to kill that very person? How might this benefit you at all?"
However, it seemed that my words fell on deaf ears.
Three handseals were formed, one after the other, in a consecutive manner. Following them deliberately with my crimson eyes, it was without doubt that technique that the stranger was about to use. Having learned it myself, Fire Release: Intelligent Hard Work, was without an extremely dangerous move. Upon contact, the fire ball would explode, creating a massive wave of flames - it was a mass of pressurized chakra, highly sensitive, and ready to burn everything in sight. A simple counter wouldn't suffice.
Bringing my hands together, I easily formed the Ram handseal, building up a massive amount of water chakra within myself. Releasing it in a torrent of water, directed at about a 45 degree angle upon the ground. With such a massive amount of water, I was propelled backwards from the force alone as it overcame the fireball, smoldering it out as it continued towards the stranger, ready to run him over with such a massive wave.
Of course, I wasn't one to resort to such theatrics, but such a dangerous move could only mean trouble. Having utilized such a jutsu, distancing myself from the odd man would only prove beneficial (long range, causing the Lightning move to miss me). I knew nothing about him, except that he had expressed a clear intention to kill me. Driven by some unknown, twisted resolve, he was no foe to be underestimated.
I landed calmly on the water as I sent chakra thought it. After forming three handseals, I created from it a huge, wolf-like beast, which stood still beside me, regarding me with vacant eyes. It was about five times the width and height of myself, acting as a bodyguard as I commanded it to stay still.
"You want to kill someone without reason?" I inquired. "That would be nothing but harmful to you in this corrupted world. But firstly..."
I paused, crimson gaze meeting crimson gaze.
"Who exactly are you?"

As Obito releases the fire storm, ready to perform his lightning spear to come outta his mouth, simultaneously thousands of thoughts wander trough his head , tricky opponent indeed, how would he counter against this, what would he use to come in advantage. ''Tricky and extremely sneaky, the perfect words to describe this human being. Reminds me of the one person that also has to vanish from this world, it's existence is supervacaneous.'' It's decided, as Obito forms the lightning chakra within his mouth, while thinking, he suddenly sees the fire storm created by him to vanish completely, stopping the lightning to get released out his mouth immediately. Exactly as Obito thought, advantage. This has to be done, as the water comes with the second closer and closer, watching the water to change into a extremely rare and dangerous animal, Obito decides to show his identity. ''This battle has last too long, potential. Not enough.'' As the beast is facing Obito, already feeling the water drops falling on him, he phases straight trough the beast, passing it by, leaving the beast to attack nothingness as Obito keeps walking forward, phasing trough the water, getting near the sneaky little bastard, as the thousand of thoughts run trough Obito his mind, then, he suddenly comes up with a plan.

''Answers, is what you're looking for aren't you? Well, this is the exact answer you are looking for.''

As he speaks, he keeps walking forward, speeding up a little bit, walking faster forward, straight trough the water, almost nearing the kid that is filled with questions, stopping seven meter in front of him, taking a normal stance, leaving his arms hanging downwards, leaning his head a little oblique as his sharingan gazes into the eyes of the sneaky kid.

Description: A variation of his Kamui, using this technique, Obito is also able to render himself intangible, through the use of his 3 Tomoe Sharingan or MS, to allow other objects to pass harmlessly through his own body, which he employs primarily to avoid incurring injury from incoming attacks. In reality, this is but another extension of his space–time ninjutsu, where Obito instead teleports any part of his body that occupies the same space as another object to a separate dimension. As the transported portions of his body are always obscured by the other objects, Obito appears completely whole to those observing him. By overlapping his entire body with a sufficiently large object, such as the ground, he can not only conceal himself from view, but also erase all traces of his chakra. Obito often exploits this characteristic to ambush his opponents from below. Though unable to establish any physical contact while intangible, Obito can move while phased at great speeds and can trigger the technique on instinct alone, relying on his Sharingan to perceive and calculate attacks and how to activate the technique in the most precise manner.
