Joining a shinobi team

I am fairly new to this site. I want to be part of the rpg game that is ongoing. I know that you have to assemble a team and have it approved to do ninja missions.

1) how do i start/join a team?
2) what should i do to begin trying to play a part in the RPG?
3) what forum should i go to to try and understand this better?
4) can i join an existing team? or do i have to create one?

Any other info you can give me would be much appricated! Also i need a new avatar picture...right now im using sasuke but i would like a better looking one if someone could help with that? every pic i try and use says its to large.

2)get a sensei and train
3)ask a moderator
4)either one

well first,reach 50 posts for your first element
then,go to the training grounds and post a thread stating that you need a sensei for whatever element you chose
