The Doctor was a handsome man with a tall, slim frame, finely boned hands and face, dark brown hair, pale skin and dark brown eyes. He has been described by others as "Slim and foxy." He had the habit of running his hands through the mane whenever being at odds and ends or particularly frustrated with a situation. His dress was a dark brown suit with blue pinstripes. He wore a light blue under shirt with a red tie. He wore a large brown overcoat on needed occasions. He carries his "brainy specs" with him. He wears them not from need, but because they make him look "cleverer.
Personality
He frequently got into trouble because of his vast sense of superiority. He regularly used his name as a threat, which only rarely worked, despite his apparent expectations. When driven by anger or justice, he would act without hesitation to strike down those who opposed him, causing the downfall of the Second Mizukage, for, as he saw it, mass murder. There was an undeniable shadow cast over his jollity at these times, and a ruthless, almost arrogant personality would emerge which was almost eerie to behold. While he had resolved much of the survivor's guilt felt previously, the Doctor had begun to feel his age. Beneath his youthful veneer and outward playfulness was a very old man who had seen many terrible things. He felt a deep loneliness. His keen sense of loss led him to empathise with those who had also suffered. Through all of his righteous anger, The Doctor had forgiving nature at heart. However when his patience reached its limit his enemies got no second chance. The Doctor had a very hard time accepting defeat or failure. When he failed to save Astrid, he kicked a teleporter, screaming. Having seen so much destruction he felt driven to prevent it where possible.

Background Information
The Doctor, who is the tenth of the name, was found in the world of Ninjas. He was discovered by Kabuto during his time before coming to Akatsuki. Kabuto came across his unconscious body, with nothing but the clothes on his back, and a strange book in his hand. The book spoke of impossible adventures previous Doctors have had, and part of his current past. Kabuto was amazed at what he saw, and took The Doctor in, and over several weeks gave him the medical care he needed.

As The Doctor recovered, he began regaining his memories, but where he came from, and who his parents were, he couldn’t fathom. He remembered being raised in Otogakure, where he first began training as a ninja. He completed his trainings, and began training in sound ninjutsu. He completed his general trainings, along with signing the Snake contract, and left Otogakure in search of more knowledge, and to see the world. In his travels, the Doctor became famous, for his fight for honestly and good. Whenever possible, he helped those around him, and see justice prevail in the world. He visited all of the villages, and spent a few months in each, studying history and the world around them. By the time he was fully grown, he was the foremost authority on history, village relations, both past and present. He also had considerable knowledge on the animals that lived in the world, including those of the summoning contracts. He traveled far and wide, and never settled down.
During the 2nd Great Ninja War, the Doctor fought with everything he had to keep the villages at peace. He tried negotiating for both, attempting to get them to calm down, but the world around him was too anxious for blood. He threatened both villages involved, and warning that if they followed this pointless war through, he would destroy both of them. He then sent the opposing armies home, claiming he would do the same to anyone who refused to listen. The righteous fury in his eyes was terrifying, and the ninja wisely chose to leave the world in peace. The Doctor became the stuff of legends then, some people calling him a savior, some calling him a demon. Fed up with the bloodlust and failure to value life, he disappeared from the world, defeated in life, even though he had won in his endeavor.

He settled down, for the first time in his life, on the outskirts of Kirigakure. He enjoyed the solitude the village offered, and was glad the Mizukage accepted him, after causing the downfall of the last on his visit to the village. He spent a small time in the village itself, studying, but never spoke to anyone besides the higher-ups. It wasn’t until he walked passed a shop, and saw a young blonde woman in the window. He was struck by the vitality of her, and the happiness that seemed to radiate off of her. As he watched her, she noticed him, and he thought surely, in all his years, this might be the thing that makes his heart stop. She smiled sweetly at him, and that was the first time he met the girl who would mean the most to him.
The next day, he came by the shop at the same time, and waited until he saw the girl go to lunch break, and invited her to coffee with him. It felt natural talking to her, and he finally learned the most important name in his life, the name of his Rose.

He spent the next year of his life in bliss, learning what he could in the village, and spending the evenings with Rose. They became fast friends, and though he was nervous to say it, he really did love her. For the first time, he felt truly at home in all of his travels. Life was paradise.
But, during the 3rd Ninja War, the Doctor fought again for peace, and was on the front lines protecting his home. He never directly attacked an enemy, but anyone who attempted to cross into Kirigakure was cut down. He gave one warning to anyone coming in, and if they didn’t listen, they got no second chances. But despite all of his defenses, he was unable to stop everyone. Kirigakure was attacked directly, and in the aftermath, he discovered he had lost his Rose.
Depressed more than ever before, he began eager study of his abilities and powers, and left Kiri in search of this knowledge. He traveled for a long time, not bothering to help the world as he had before, but to seek out those who knew the keys to power, whether good or bad. As he searched, he began discovering a deep chakra that he could seem to pull from his inner being. He left the Ninja World completely when he discovered this, and traveled once again to Ryūchi Cave to seek the assistance of the Elder Snake. There he was told of his birth right, and his belonging to a clan older than all others, and the dark power that came with it. Though the Elder didn’t know the exact nature of it, but he spoke of those who could, and sent the Doctor on his way to find them.
Once he arrived at his destination, he learned of his place in the Nekura clan, and how he was linked to the dark and evil chakra of the Jūbi. He learned that if trained, he could take advantage of this chakra, and use it to his advantage. The hermit believed he was delivering good news of this power that was inside the Doctor, but in reality he was horrified. It seemed no matter his fight for good, evil had won, and even managed to invade his own body. He left then, and began wandering around the ninja world, and saw no reason to carry on the fight. He missed rose, and didn’t know if he could ever again live.

The book absorbs the blood and assumes a personality best fit for the user in battles as well daily life. The book floats around near and far from the user while passively absorbing chakra from the user. The book is capable of see, talk, smell, hear as well as feel if its being touched. Weiss talks in a wise man’s voice, in combat Weiss can help navigate the user of things he can’t see. Weiss can sense chakra, and can always feel where his user is and come back to him flying in case of being lost, and always keep an active communication with the user through telepathy, it could transmit visual and sound based messages by the user with itself as a medium (I.e. Book showing a message/recording in its pages) through long ranges. Weiss like any other custom weapon is indestructible, it can also be used as replacement to scrolls allowing the users to store objects within Weiss and use it for sealing techniques. Weiss can use special techniques by chanting verses (Will submit them separately in the form custom weapon techniques) and can use simple maneuvers like spreading its paper around to hide the user or distract the opponents but it cannot use any conventional ninjutsu.

* Raiton :
Due to his amazingly high level of mastery over Raiton, and his constant use of it in battle, he can preform any jutsu of the element with only a single hand seal.
*Kyotōryū Martial Arts :
The Doctor's fighting style literally makes him a human sword. It’s a unique brand of nintaijutsu that stands on the middle ground of Gentle Fist and Strong Fist. His taijutsu is a mixture of both technique and force adding to that the element of surprise of using the users body as a sword makes him all the more deadly.
-Enhanced Speed: He is less affected by air resistance. His training and methods makes him fast, along with incredible stamina, being able to gain incredible momentum within a second and maintaining it for long periods.
-Enhanced Durability: Being a human sword, he has a body resistant to a variety of damages. His defense itself is his offense.

*Nekura:
The abilities of the Nekura center on the summoning and control of this foul chakra of the Juubi's, that the clan calls "Keigoku". The Doctor began training his abilities in Kirigakure.
*Genjutsu:
Being a brilliant genius, and trained by Kabuto, the Doctor learned genjutsu, but also discovered natural talent with the technique. He can create genjutsus faster than normal ninjas.
*Snake Summoning :
After waking up in Otogakure, learned the entirety of the Snake contract from one of the strangest and oldest members, mastering it quickly, including the legendary "Snake Mode" (not Sage Mode). He has the summoning seal for the Snakes on the back of his left hand.
