Mysterious but with energy to get a party started. Kinda like Kakashi Hatake but that's louder and more vain. A freeloader with no loyalties to anyone but will fight for justice that doesn't have a wide variety of jutsus.

History:
My character lived most of his childhood travelling with his mother, who sought the best materials for her craft. The last place where he lived with her as a family was a small village outside the Fire Country, where his mother used to create small pieces of art, which she then sold to travellers or at the city of Konoha. She was an Uchiha, and she raised him, but there is but a faint memory of his father or life with him. His mother would only say that he had died many years ago. Or lost - the story sometimes changed, with not much detail. The story he loved to believe was that he had died a Hero during the Third Shinobi War.
As becoming a tailors son, Joe (one of the few alias he went by) learnt a bit of the art - but not enough as to make a living. His mother died shortly after his 6th birthday, thus forcing him to find an acceptable job. His mother's belongings helped him for a little while, at least until he was be able to begin his new life on the road, where he put use into scrolls and kunais that were remants of his parents. He learned from the scrolls that were left behind and adapted them quickly. He later returned home to his village to find a note left behind by his father years ago.
The puzzle took a few days to solve. Turns out it was to the location of his fathers special jutsus. He traveled to the Land of waves to find a box with his fathers name on it. He opened it up and saw another note that said "To my son, I leave these scrolls to you. Use them well, Love, Your Father". He then unraveled the scrolls and began practicing..
The two jutsus left by his father were Basho Tenin and Shinra Tensei. There was another note at the bottom of the box that read "Learn these Jutsus then find your mothers signature jutsus"
After mastering the two jutsus left by his father. Joe went out to look for clues for his mothers jutsu.

Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. After performing the necessary hand seals, a ninja inhales air via their mouth and, utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, spews a large fireball from their mouth, incinerating everything in range. The fireball ignites externally (as evidenced by Kakashi Hatake's ability to use the jutsu without burning his mask). The Uchiha clan uses the technique as a "coming of age" technique. This technique apparently requires more than average chakra reserves and most Genin should not be able to do this technique.

Banshō Ten'in is a technique similar to Shinra Tensei in that it manipulates gravity at the users will, however instead of pushing objects away, it draws them close. It is unknown if it can be used in a similar scale as Shinra Tensei or if it has the same five second limit.
