Madara, even if he has Rinnesharingan, can't use Amenominaka. His Chakra isn't strong enough, he doesn't have enough of it, take your pick. Saying that is the same as saying Nagato can use Limbo.

Hagoromo didn't have the Juubi as it was inside Madara at the time, so obviously it wasnt a JJ Hagoromo, yet he said Madera with the Juubi and one eye was approaching his power. At best Madara is a bit stronger than Hagoromo, but JJ Hagoromo is far above him.

A Hagoromo who was a spirit and had centures to gather back his chakra and JJ like attire that he didn't have before being a Jin (he just had Otsotsuki clothes) and maybe he retained traces of Juubi power. In a way we can not compare them. Also, Non JJ Hagoromo looks exactly like JJ.... I wonder why though.

Actually that only happened due to Black Zetsu controlling Madara body, Madara can't even move his body. Black Zetsu was doing all the controlling on Madara body, Madara had no control.

We have no idea what result would be had Black Zetsu not controlled Madara body.

Assumption. Hagoromo's clothes have been the same. He's always worn a cloak with Magatama and the Rinnegan on it, with and without the Juubi. Shown when talking to Naruto and Sasuke, and shown when he was talking to the 9 Bijuu.

He looks like a JJ because the JJ's power is Hagoromo's power.

No..! No! I was talking about the potential. Madara already reached everything the Sage had! Afterwards he had the Rinnesharingan and that's the point where Madara's Potential > Hagoromo's.

Madara could have access to all of Kaguya's abilities (except for the Byakugan based ones).

However this is only the potential. Hagoromo might be still stronger.
I just wanted to point out that Madara's strongest form > Hagoromo's.

The Tenseigan was invented after Kaguya's defeat and it requires thousands of Byakugans to get it.
Kaguya has no legit potential to activate Tenseigan.

Wrong, There's two types of tenseigan. The doujutsu & the energy reactor that powers the moon which contains the thousand byakugans. Toneri said all he needed was a "pure" byakugan & his otsutsuki chakra to awaken the doujutsu tenseigan.
