We begin with this, my favourite one. Iron sand is a very deadly KG because in most situations the sand remains even after a jiton jutsu is blocked. Allowing for fluid follow up attacks, however it's only downside is somehow getting the sand to your opponent without them moving. Thats where this comes into play. Basically you make iron sand to erupt from beneath your opponent and 5 meters around them, effectively getting the sand to them and on the field in a large quanitity and possibly dealing massive damage. Even if your opponent gets away the sand brought from it can be used to instantly follow up and attack again.
You forget that Iron sand itself isn't a KG. Magnetism is, and there are various forms and usages of Magnetism >_O. Hm, the Jiton version of Magnetism release is very fast and never requires handseals. The biggest drawback i see with the ability in general is the ranges. You're pretty much bound to have a match in Mid-range to even utilize the jutsus. Atleast cannon one's and with one exception >_>.
So this is pretty much like the sand burial technique, but it's larger and follows your opponent? Can it travel through regular ground? For instance, if an opponent summons a snake that dig underground or they hide themselves using hide-like a mole techs does the sand still follow?
Btw the sands "landing" on the opponent deals the damage or do you actually control the sand into forcefully crush the opponent? .

The 3'rd slammed his palms on the ground. He then utilized his magnetism release to take control of iron sand that was found underground. As soon as he'd get a hold of it'd he'd emerge it from under the opponent to create a blast of iron sand to erupt from under. This would cause such a devastating impact on the foe that it would take damage and sent airborne. From there the 3'rd could either crush the opponent with iron sand or should the opponent flee from the area the user could just follow the opponent with the iron sand and ultimately crush him anyway.

Moving on, this one you basically create a ball out of iron sand, to hit the opponent. You can also make the ball shoot out needles short range every direction.
This really reminds me of the F-ranked World Order technique but in a lesser rank and just one sphere. Or ball.
It's a nice tech really.
The 3'rd gathered up some iron sand and used shape manipulation to shape the magnetic field that was controlling the iron sand. As he then sent the ball flying in mid air he'd polarize half of the iron sands mass in the ball. This would cause a violent repelling effect that would shatter the ball almost like an explosion. This would shatter the sand and thus penetrate the skin of their opponent( i assume).
The ball could also do blunt force, should the user chose not to create the polarizing effect.
