Rasengan was DISTORTED (thank you for finally understand the domes capabilities), because Naruto couldn't main chakra control YES obvious. And Rasengan was once again said to take what?! Concentration! When the dome absorbed Naruto's Rasengan it distorted end of story nothing more to talk about.

No actually it DOES mean the person losing chakra cannot mold techniques properly. HOWEVER, it depends on the type of technique as all techniques are different. Rasengan, Chidori, and CES all take high concentration. Those techniques take Quality or I should say Concentration, and Chakra Control.

While techniques such as Expansion Jutsu take QUANTITY. Hence why Choji had replenished his chakra with food because he was low on chakra. Sakura does NOT have that luxury here, she obviously doesn't carry food around to replenish her chakra.

Here are two reason's why Choji's technique lasted for that long:

a: Because he stood on the side with the least chakra absorption potency as you can see from the manga panel above.
b: Because he fueled his chakra completely with the chips all all to pull off Shikamaru's plan.

Choji's expansion technique requires quantity like I said before. Here I'll explain this in a simple way:

a. Choji refuels to 100% chakra
b. Dome continues to absorb chakra
c. Choji is down to 80% chakra - Does Expansion jutsu.
d. Choji is down to 50% chakra - Makes contact, and breaks through.

If his technique was similar to Rasengan, or CES he'd wouldn't be able to perform it, as it doesn't require such concentration, that'd it abrupt the overall technique. Maybe his overall power would go down, but the technique wouldn't be distorted in such a way that it'd be groundbreaking.

Also on the statement that Chakra Absorption wouldn't release Genjutsu.. It would. Link me where any Genjutsu'd person was having their chakra siphoned simultaneously. I'm waiting.

What you're not getting is that a ninja's skill with chakra control can make up for how much control the jutsu requires. The dome drains chakra, but with better chakra control less chakra is required to use the same technique. The dome drains chakra, it doesn't limit the ability to use chakra control. Otherwise you'd have to claim that SM Naruto, KCM Naruto, etc. can't form Rasengan inside the dome :lol.

No SM Naruto nor KCM Naruto would be able to form Rasengan when their chakra control, and concentration are being SIPHONED, DISTORTED. CES and Rasengan both take precise concentration. Inb4 link scans. Just view this page, and you'll see them.

So literally everything you linked about Sakura being able to pull off CES is a bunch of bullshit bruh.

Also dunno why u guys are using rasengan as an example when
1.unlike CES it requires both chakra control and shape manipulation
2.base naruto cannot create rasengan without a clone until later on in war arc
3.that was part 1 naruto whose chakra control was said to be below part 1 sakura and you are comparing him to part 2 sakura who trained in chakra control for 2 and half years
