Alright honestly i do not think it's an ownage battle. Kishi may have said that Hiruzen was equal to Minato and that he was the strongest kage(by the dead ones)shared with Minato. Know, that was before J-man was even showned with his greatest powers. I think this is a hard battle to be honest.
The battle(begins atleast) outside of konoha. No Hiruzen is NOT in his prime. Jiraiya does HAVE Ma&Pa.

I vote Hiruzen but I didn't see you say that he was in the same condition he fought Orochimaru. So I'd say it Jiriya would probably win.

Oro even admitted that Prime Hiruzen wud win and also Oro had prep time to do edo tensei. But yea I believe even Prime 3rd wud lose to J-man if he goes Sage Mode but not easily.
