1) Probally not but possibly

2) The only reason jiriaya really lost that fight was becasue he thought the fight was over and after he let his garud down he got caught off gaurd and broke an arm, if the rest of the pains were there when jiriaya casted that frog genjutsu then he would of won that whole fight

3) Orochimaru because im sure edo tensei harshima and edo tensei 2nd hokage could probally defeat jiriaya with ease
