3}is jiraya stronger or orachimaru
coz orachima had himself claimed he is weaker than all the member of akatskui and in kisame said that he is no match for jiraya so that makes jiraya stronger right????????????????????????

1 - No. In order for Jiraiya to be reanimated, there is a certain thing needed first. DNA. And since Jiraiya's body is unfathomable depths below the ocean, the "Blueprints" to reanimate him cannot be acquired.
