But if it's the case, then what made Sarutobi grow that old?? Onoki for example seems really powerful even if he is much more older. Danzo also. About Jiraya don't forget he mastered sage mode since he was young. So he could have done it also even younger

There's no straight answer to that. That's just how age affected Hiruzen. It's like asking what made Itachi or Kimimaro get sick. It's just the way their bodies became over the years. They were just unfortunate with the way their bodies developed. Jiraiya never mastered Sage Mode, though he did learn it earlier in his life. My point was that he was hardly ever going to improve on it, and if he did, it would've been later in his life. That is why it seems likely he was in his prime at around the age he died.

But its quite simple though Hiruzen aged faster than Jiraiya(thats what happen when you people eat alot of meat)
Huruzen was frail and along with his age came to be weaker
Jiraiya simply aged gracefully

Ok i understand your point about Sarutobi and you are maybe right, but i find it really weird cuz he is the only one in this case
About Jiraya yes he never really mastered it like Naruto but he was close to do that, and nothing shows there is a difference in Sage mode control comparing to his younger days. That's why i think, maybe he was stronger

Databook disagree with you. Jiraya has 4.5 in speed when Hiruzen has 3 i think

This. he probably was stronger physically at one point but that doesn't necessarily mean it would be his prime. With all the knowledge and experience he gained at the age he was, that was his prime, when fighting pain. I don't believe any previous version of him would do better against pain than what we last seen of him. IMO
