Jiraya - Master ninjutsu, Good Taijutsu, Toad Techniques(SAGE MODE), Summonings, Pretty Smart, of course Sanin/kage

Oro - Master ninjutsu, Ok Taijutsu, Snake Techniques(IMMORTAL Technique), Summonings, Genius, Forbidden Techniques, of course Sanin/Kage

Area: Where Jiraya fought Pain
Restrictions: Oro can make 3 edo tensi
Motive: Jiraya must protect the leaf

I never really liked Oro to be honest. I think Jiraya would win barely/Near death if not died afterward
