Jiraya - The Toad Sage VS A- The Raikage

Jiraiya. His speed and strength may not be on par with A's but A's moveset is just too limited to deal with jiraiya's vast array of powerful techniques.

Jiraiya, however would most likely lose if he doesn't start out in sage mode, unless he can summon the three boss toads which could probably hold off raikage long enough.

Now this is a vs thread. Both are so evenly matched.
Btw to all the people saying jiraiya, could you stop riding his **** and instead come up with a reason why you think jiraiya would win.

Jiraiya would certainly need sage mode, The question is can he outrun raikage in order to activate sage mode?. I doubt it.

Anyway lets say jiraiya does activate sage mode. Sage mode does give him a speed boost, but raikage in raiton armour is still faster than him. In terms of strength, i might give it to jiraiya in sage mode, but the raikage is also a power house so that might be a draw. In terms of chakra reserves jiraiya was said to have a large chakra reserve, but so does the raikage.

This is the first vs thread where i have absolutely no idea who would win because as i said they are so even. Its a shame that there isnt a draw button in your poll because i wouldve gone for that.

Anyway i think raikage would win this.

SM speed doesn't equal to Raikage's speed and it would become a speed game at that point to the point he would allow Jirayia to get off certain attacks.

It's a bit more of an even match-up because of their distinctly different fighting, Jiraiya is mostly a ninjutsu user while the Raikage is a mostly a taijutsu user. Jiraiya could win but he would have to fight like Kakashi in order to do so. Raikage has the obvious physical advantage, while SM is tough it's not something Jiraiya can use readily.

Jiraiya winning is a 40% and Raikage winning is 50%, 10% chance raikage ends up stabbing himself with his own arm. lol...runs in the family.
