Sage mode doesn´t require your chakra so they lose Sage mode and can still fight. How do you know Itachi´s is better than Jiraiya? Even if its better, Ma and Pa can break Jiraiya free from genjutsu like bee did with hachibi Vs sasuke

he can't make hand seals for ninjutsu or do rasengan, and he can't summon either.
