Why would jiraiya not use SM and bee not use BM, its a fight to the death of course they'll go all out. Bee's BM easily overpowers jiraiya, matter of fact V2 might be able to win with very high diff.

Also Jiraiya doesn't have as much chakra as Naruto
Or as many different forms of Rasengan
Or the Nine Tails

True, he lacks the stamina and chakra to keep up with Bee.

People tend to forget how powerful Bee is, especially since he can control his tailed beast.

Jiraiya cannot defend himself against a TBB, sorry.
