I think team Jiraiya wins, all Pein has to do is CT, and if Naruto and Minato die, they can get revived by one of Nagato's Paths

Jiraiya: Konan(when fighting tobi), Nagato (all pain paths), Minato (when kage), Naruto(sm).

Orochimaru: Kabuto (can just use the weaker summons. not madara, ect.), Sasuke (ms), taka group, and the sound 4.

Why would you restrict Edo tensei ? It's part of their power and with it they could defeat team A. I mean, why not take the rinnegan away from Nagato? Or are you perhaps a little biased

You don't level the playing field by restricting a person's ability, unless you openly admit that he/she is simply superior as a shinobi. A lot of folks would have it easier if Nagato fought without the rinnegan, or Sasuke fought without EMS, but you simply don't do that because that would be taking legitimate powers away from them.

You do realize that Kabuto solos pretty much anyone with Edo right? This gives the other team a chance.. And I believe naruto is restricted to sm so there's no km or bm for him, which gives team 2 a chance.
