Uhhh, no he can't. FRS moves slower than Susanoo arrow, but Naruto can throw more than one at a time via clones, and it has a large AoE. If Naruto tosses it toward the ground, it'd explode and Kabuto would get killed. If he threw more than one at a time, it makes it harder for Kabuto to dodge. If he uses Chou Oodama FRS then the AoE would probably catch Kabuto and kill him.

How so? Kabuto can liquefy his body to take the damage with no injuries at all [

Naruto is a perfect Jinchuuriki, so Kurama would save him from any Genjutsu. Kidomaru's webs aren't going to catch them, not to mention Jiraiya has his own fire style. Toad Flame Bomb with Gamabunta. He can also use Goemon to burn it to ashes.

Or Naruto can cut right through them with Rasen Shuriken.

Unless you are implying Fūton: Rasenshuriken is stronger than Kusanagi no Tsurugi [

as for the last scenario if its Pein arc SM naruto, then Kabuto wins
if its war arc SM Naruto then he loses

How the hell does Kabuto wins Scenario 1? Scenario 2 he obviously stomps and Scenario 3 is debateable but people are really saying Kabuto low diffs Scenario 1. Base Jiraiya should have no problem taking down Base Kabuto, and I understand this is Snake Cloak Kabuto.

You are aware of the fact that cloaked Kabuto is only restricted from using HM..? Jiraiya has no counter to; e.g. Mateki: Mugen Onsa.​

A Rasengan to the mouth is enough to finish the battle.
Even if Manda 2 did manage to eat Jiraiya, do you remember what happened when Naruto in Part 1 was in a similar situation? He just cloned himself many times to get out of the giant snake's stomach.
Here, a Giant Rasengan would get the job done even in an easier way.

Jiraiya breaks it by biting his lip or inflicting pain on himself, breaking him out of it - just how Part I Shikamaru broke out of Mateki: Mugen Onsa.

Already explained Manda 2 and Mateki: Mugen Onsa. Kisei Kikai no Jutsu requires the user to touch his opponent if I remember correctly. Dance of the Seedling Fern is tanked with Needle Jizo or sensed by Jiraiya's barrier and avoided.
