Nope. Kabuto isn't beating Naruto and Jiraiya. Not a chance. They can counter all his moves and they have the power necessary to kill him.

he can dodge anything they throw at him plus he has sounf gen..kidomaru webs which sasuke had to use amatarasu to stop

Edo Zombies can move during White Rage, as Edo Itachi showed. So he'd be able to protect the Naruto who can't move until the jutsu is over.

Uhhh, no he can't. FRS moves slower than Susanoo arrow, but Naruto can throw more than one at a time via clones, and it has a large AoE. If Naruto tosses it toward the ground, it'd explode and Kabuto would get killed. If he threw more than one at a time, it makes it harder for Kabuto to dodge. If he uses Chou Oodama FRS then the AoE would probably catch Kabuto and kill him.

Naruto is a perfect Jinchuuriki, so Kurama would save him from any Genjutsu. Kidomaru's webs aren't going to catch them, not to mention Jiraiya has his own fire style. Toad Flame Bomb with Gamabunta. He can also use Goemon to burn it to ashes.

Or Naruto can cut right through them with Rasen Shuriken.

Naruto and Jiraiya simply need to replicate this, or Naruto simply uses multiple Rasen Shuriken and replicates it on his own with clones.

Ok. That's pretty much irrelevant given my argument. FRS lacks speed compared to the arrows, but its AoE is massive, making it harder to completely dodge.

The only thing that is needed is a strong enough fire style. No one is comparing anything, and I've already countered Genjutsu, and Manda II gets taken out by a Chou Oodama FRS.
