Yugito didn't have "true" control over her Bijuu. Not the point, never was.
What she could control was entering her full Bijuu. Only relevant point here is that was her full Bijuu, she had mastery to that extent.

No, that's not what was portrayed. What was portrayed is that Hidan can handle a Yugito who isn't a Perfect Jinchuuriki, thus is not as strong as her Bijuu, thus he was never portrayed as being able to defeat a Bijuu. Defeating someone who can enter Full Bijuu form is irrelevant for portrayal if that form is weaker than the real thing. :lol Like I said, don't berate people about portrayal when you twist the meaning around once Hidan becomes involved.

She was said to have mastered her Bijuu (fact), she can enter her Bijuu at will (fact). Her being from the cloud, logical deduction she went through the same training as Bee.
The manga states explicitly she completely entered her full form. Yet once again your version of the manga doesn't include this.

I've heard that explanation before and it's a huge reach and it tells me that you have no idea what a vague referent is. This also tells me that you cannot analyze context as Kisame's comparison between "Him" and Itachi and Kisame is a direct comparison between Jiraiya and Itachi & Kisame's fame and prestige as he directly compares his titles to his enemy. Naruto has no such title, so a comparison cannot be made between them.
All you did is make a facile comparison between the word choices Kishimoto used while neglecting context and failing to comprehend the concept of a vague referent. The context of Kisame's claim in addition to what succeeds it when Itachi and Kisame battle Jiraiya tells us that Kisame was referring to Jiraiya. This is also why Kakashi believed that the Akatsuki avoided Naruto due to Jiraiya's presence.
There is nothing concrete that suggests what you're claiming. Frankly, we're told that Jiraiya was revered as a powerful shinobi even for the likes of the Akatsuki which denotes what Kisame was referring to all along, Jiraiya.

We're ignoring context cues, for semantics through a translated medium. Those aren't even the word choices Kishimoto used, that's literally just picking on the sentence structure/ grammar choice of the english language by translators.
