Sorry, I needed to make another post because noone would read yours after the 6+ pages! haha. I liked the theory, and it could still apply...

But the guy turned into a toad, was the one being interrogated... not the one Jiraiya pretended to be... Jiraiya used a technique similar to Shikamaru's...

See the two images... and then notice the scar on the right cheek of the guy... The scar proves me right

I was proving that his theory on the guy still being a frog is wrong, and the guy being interrogate is NOT who Jiraiya made a clone of while facing Konan... I don't think your post disagreed with that part... just the Jiraiya is dead...

Why didn't Jiraiya ever use that big scroll on his back? If he was truely awesome he would have done it.
And the Legendary Sannin got their name, for losing to the Salamander guy, when fighting him 3v1...
Tsunade never trained, Jiraiya never trained, Orochimaru just was waiting still steal someone elses body that did train...

exactly...jman wasnt even sage then(also his get up changed afterwards). nice observation. that explains why they lost. also i dont think(theory) any1 of them had contract then.

anyway, what i tried to say-

1. jman captured 2 rain men.
2. sent one back(scar guy) to konoha for investigation.
3. used the toad silhouette technique on another.
4. he released the 2nd guy when konan detected it, he got away. so no clone involved.

Calling out in a way yes... It was a great post, so much so that I went back and checked on what you were saying...

And everyone was agreeing with you... it has some 9+ pages now... and a lot of the posts got distracted from what you were trying to say...

Sorry if you were offended, but isn't a forum made to discuss things... not to only say congrats for writing something...

I don't think that Jiraiya can be alive, because at the end, he had his arm blown off, and was unable to make any seals to do jutsus...

Are you sure its the contract? Because neither Minato, nor Naruto carried a giant scroll on their butts and were able to partner up with the toads... But now Naruto does... So basically, I don't think that it is a toad contract... Yet I am not sure what it is used for...

I also don't think the scroll contains some super powerful technique... because Jiraiya would have used the scroll during his fight with Pein... yet he didn't at all...
