im geuss people is judging on ninjutsu statuses...since B hasnt used a jutsu he isnt strong lol...and be has just as much skill as jiraiya and talent, he faught against minato and lived..he put the hachibi in check while he was only a kid...if he goes hachibi mode jiraiya will fall..and i believe B fights better with his super vibrating swords..so i would say B.. him and jiraiya are equal if B didnt have the hachibi

Samehada wouldn't be able to control the Natural chakra it sucks from Jiraiya so it would turn to stone. Once Kisame loses Samehada he loses his chakra replenishment which is GG against Jiraiya's MASSIVE chakra supply. He'll also lose the ability to fuse with Samehada and transform.

Yes he did. He used the squid thingy to blind Kisame. Anyways, he was meant to be the tag-team partner with A, and A does not really have any jutsu either. It's just his lightning armour and speed + wrestling moves.
