Jiraiya-naruto's relative?

in some manga when jiraiya fights pain and almost dies, he remembers about when he gave his book to the fourth to read it and he liked the name "naruto uzumaki" from his book and he said he liked that name for his boy...i guess you remember...it was somethin like that...

does it mean jiraiya is a relative for naruto?

reason maybe why minato looks like jirya is because minato was his student and admired jiryia and they were really good friends
