ok lets get something straight here none of the sanin are weak, but out of all of them tsunade has the least variety of techniques which makes her less useful in battle.

Now if you look at jiraiya and oro I think they are about equal. granted before the time skip oro was definetly stronger, but he never used sage mode against him. In my opinion if they were to go all out it would either be a tie or one would barely beat out the other and I don't know who it would be

I'm not really sure what you have against Jiraiya or if this is even a serious post. Regardless, though, I have to disagree.

1. There is no evidence that Orochimaru is the strongest of the Sannin. He certainly knows some of the most powerful techniques in the series, but Jiraiya had some pretty impressive techniques in his arsenal, too. Jiraiya could use Sage Mode, which Orochimaru tried to obtain, but failed. Furthermore, Jiraiya survived an attack from Naruto while training when the 4-tailed cloak first appeared. This matches Orochimaru's feat, but Jiraiya also managed to stop Naruto, whereas Orochimaru ran away while Yamato sealed the chakra cloak.

2. Tsunade may be the best support ninja in the series, but she is primarily a taijutsu user, which makes her weaker than the other Sannin in terms of combat potential. Both Orochimaru and Jiraiya have long-range attacks while Tsunade only has physical (short-range) attacks. Additionally, Tsunade's summon has not shown any offensive capabilities whatsoever. Katsuyu can divide into multiple, smaller versions of herself, provide healing chakra, and a be used as a means of communication.

3. Tsunade's most powerful technique needs to be built up over months, if not years, in order for it to be used at full power. She stores excess chakra behind the seal in her forehead which can be released when needed, but she cannot use the technique in rapid succession after those reserves have been spent. This was shown when she released the chakra during Pains attack on the Leaf Village, and she quickly reverted to her older form and fell into a coma.

4. As for Sage Mode, while it does take time for a single person to gather natural energy, Jiraiya uses the elder toads attached to his shoulders to achieve this while he moves around. He could theoretically summon the toads at the beginning of a battle or even before going into combat and have Sage Mode available to him almost immediately.

5. Finally, Jiraiya went up against Paths of Pain by himself. Granted that he eventually lost, but he managed to capture one of them, and temporarily kill two others. Tsunade couldn't handle one Path of Pain, since she would have died if Naruto hadn't saved her by crushing the Asura Path with a Rasengan.

I am not saying that any one of the Sannin are better than the others since each has his/her own strengths and weaknesses. I just mean to prove a point.

Dude yes a few punchs and kicks directly in the face from tsunade would kill anyone (except oro because of his duiabilty) they were enough to manhandle susanno's I'm just saying what is jariya gonna do to take her out seriously and Dnt say safe mode unless u have logical way of getting into it

(just to save u time jariya can't use toads to save time cuz tsunade can use slugs to make them fight each other)
And jariya shows no speed feats faster then tsunade in fact from recent chapters tsunade was able to attack madara fast enough for him not to relize and punch through his Susanno (one punch)
