as for fire techniques..... and rasengan she can regenerate as many times as her chakra (which healed hundreds or thousands will allow, proved on pain's arc), so in order to defeat Tsunade you would have to hit her with what? 100 rasengans?, because Rasengan wouldn't One shot her, proven when Kabuto survived to it. And to make it an statement, Mitotic seal release is a technique more complete than Kabuto's faster recovery technique, so I honestly doubt she will feel that much after effect damage. Frog techniques, we are talking about a Tsunade that might have a Katsuyu helping and that might Wake Tsunade from Genjutsu by simply disrupting Tsunade's chakra. Rasengan, due to it's short range. It will have the side effect of being to close to Tsunade, which might proof a real THREAT FOR JIRAIYA HIMSELF. Because he could get a good punch on his face. And as far as I know Jiraiya doesn't possess any regenerative move.

The only big problem I see here, is the oil+water+fire technique, which in my opinion Tsunade is smart enough to crack the earth, to let the earth drain that.

Tsunade is weak only if you are only impressed by flashy jutsus.

The Sannin are all equal and can all kill each other.
At max power Tsunade would defeat Oro more times than he would defeat her
At max power Jiraiya would defeat Tsunade more times than she would defeat him
At max power Orochimaru would defeat Jiraiya more times than Jiraiya would defeat Oro

However, achieving max power is the problem is a Jiraiya v Tsunade fight.
Tsunade is a taijutsu specialist which means she must stay close to her opponent. According to the databook Tsunade is better at Jiraiya in taijutsu so he won't be beating her senseless in combat then preparing sage mode. In CQC he's going to be dodging for his life. A smoke bomb would only be helpful in a closed in area. When Tsunade fought Oro while carrying Gamabunta's sword she had jumped higher than Gamabunta's height which means she can see if she jumps out of range of the smoke bomb. When the issue becomes finding time to get into Sage Mode in a taijutsu fight Jiraiya will lose more times than he will win. Given Tsunade's treatment of the Susanoo clone and the given knowledge of her strength I'm sure she could kill Jiraiya's large summons.

Orochimaru would more than likely allow Jiraiya to go Sage Mode out of curiosity.
But the Sannin are still equal to each other after they all use their powers to their highest extent.

we are talking abt a genjutsu which a few rinnegan with paired vision and lots of summons available couldnt break...so how is it that tsunade does with katsuya's help???

WE ARE TALKING ABOUT KATSUYU!

*which is known for her ability to infuse chakra, heal, etc. With the help of Tsunade herself........ THAT'S WHAT I MEANT WITH THE GENJUTSU PART AND ANY HEALING REQUIRING SITUATION..

*Swamp of Underworld....... Katsuyu herself can split and reform....... unlike many other summons which would be trapped totally.....

*Lion mane would be worse...... Tsunade would do the same with Jiraiya...... as she did with oro's tongue (which I find more lethal) during their fight.......

*Jiraiya 5-10 Rasengans first of all this will have to be OUT OF SAGE MODE, BECAUSE NOT EVEN NARUTO WHO HAD A MORE PERFECT SAGE MODE COULD EVEN REACH 3 CLONES WITHOUT PROBLEMS....... So no clones for Jiraiya, during sage mode......... NOW NORMAL JIRAIYA....... Jiraiya himself is not really fast...... Tsunade would have enough time to counter attack..... anyways..... Tsunade is not a big target like Kurama to be able to be hit by so many Rasengans with ease.......
