Oonoki can take Orochimaru since he does not have a counter for dust release, and if you kill oro the edo's will dissappear...

Also we all know Jiraiya will be able to make time for himself to enter SM, with all those summons and aid from Oonoki, maybe even Jiraiya fly with Oonoki.

Jiraiya enters SM and Oonoki would kick a**.

In my opinion Jiraiya & Oonoki together will win this high-extreme diff.
