If Minato could take on B and A at the same time, Tobi and Kyubi at the same time, and the whole of Iwa, than Jiraiya Kakashi should be peanuts, especially since he knows the ins and outs of their abilities, although that doesn't change anything since they also know him quite well, but he has way greater intelligence feats, just creating the ftg and rasengan is an intelligence feat but if you put everything else he has done together with that, than it is safe to say that no one is smarter than him.
People seem to think that Jiraiya being Minato's sensei gives him an advantage but people must realise that Jiraiya actually learned more from Minato than Minato learned from him.
Minato taught Jiraiya the sealing and barrier arts and also taught him the rasengan.
Ok yaw probably like WTF?
But think about it, we already know from latest manga that it was actually Kushina who taught him seals and barriers, Minato, Kushina, B, and A have all confirmed this, Minato even went further and said that Kushina made him hokage, he didn't say it was Jiraiya, but Kushina that made him get there. Truthfully, from the info we have from manga, it seems like the only thing Jiraiya did that boosted minato's strength was make him sign the toad contract.
Anyway this fight goes to minato, Minato pawned the Kyubi's TBB by transporting it to another location in an instant using his space time barrier arts, that pretty much puts all offensive Ninjutsu Jiraiya and Kakashi can use against him useless, heck instead of another location like he did to the Kyubi's TBB, he can just transport them Jutsu back at them.
Kamui is useless against Minato, go ask Tobi about that, he'll tell you. (Their jutsu are slightly different but they have the same function, transport to different dimension, useless since minato can just transport himself back with Hirashin to any of the seals he has placed around the world or back to the battlefield with a surprise attack, though kamui wouldn't even hit him in the first place unless he allowed it to for that surprise factor of an unexpected return)
Minato can multiply his kunai with shadow kunai clone tech and use them, plus he can place seals anywhere he wants so it don't matter, besides, his natural reflexes and speed alone are on par with A, he dodged A at full speed without using FTG, it was a clean dodge, plus he traversed the distance between himself and Tobi in an instant, grabbed Naruto, removed explosive tags, and ONLY then did he use FTG to escape, he's too fast for them, forget transporting their jutsu, they won't even have time to use any jutsu that requires hand seals, so far no one has been able to mould hand seals against A and Minato is faster than him, and like rock lee said and proved to sasuke at the exams, it is useless if your eyes can detect movements if your body aint fast enough to react, Jiraiya's detection barrier and Kakashi's visual prowess are useless because they can't react.
These guys don't stand a chance, they are outmatched in the intelligence department, outmatched in speed and don't have time to form hand seals much less react to his attacks, plus how much you wana bet that the toads follow JMinato instead of Jiraiya, Gamabunta is the boss toad and he respects Minato more than Jiraiya by both Jiraiya's and Bunta's testimony, and if the boss toad likes Minato more, the others have no choice but to follow (I think), except for maybe ma and pa.
The only way I can see for them to win is frog song, but you can't buy time against a guy who fights like Minato and Jiraiya's barriers are useless against Minato, who is the greatest master of the art of seals and barriers, they won't have time to even think about frog song.
Even then, how much you wana bet that minato has a seal or barrier on his mind that would prevent genjutsu, if nagato can place genjutsu barriers on his subordinates to prevent interogation than why can't minato gien that barriers are his expertise, pure speculation yes, but we know from nagato that the idea is possible and we know that minato was a master of those arts and in fact that best, growing up and becoming a kage of village that has bad relations with the uchiha, a genjutsu specialising clan, why wouldn't he have something like that.
But it doesn't $atter if he has it or not, frog song takes too long and he probably knows about it since he is also a toad summoner, it won't work, Jiraiya and Kakashi are screwed.
Some Jiraiya fan boys believe that sage mode Jiraiya would be fast enough to match Minato, but let me point out that Pain's human path, who is one of the slower paths behind deva and asura was able to react to Jiraiya's speed EFFORTESSLY, catching his fist with his bare hand without even looking at him, sure he had the advantage of seeing the attack coming with the shared vision, but remember what rock lee not only said, but PROVED against sasuke, perceiving the attack is useless if the body aint fast enough to react, this means that human path could more than match sage mode jiraiya's speed, Jiraiya and Kakashi simply aint fast enough.
Most importantly, they have no feats.
Jiraiya has lost everytime we've seen him fight, he lost to hanzo, lost to orochimaru (failed to stop him from leaving when they fought), and lost to hanzo.
Kakashi never defeated anyone besides Zabuza, and evn then needed to be saved by sasuke and naruto otherwise he would have died, they have no battle feats that we have seen.
Minato outmatched A and B, Tobi and Kyubi, and the whole of Iwa, only Nagato and edo madara could match this guy with feats.
Minato wins this mid or low difficulty.
