Looks: Jio has half white half black hair, one green eye below the white hair side and a red eye below the black hair side. Jio also tattooed fang-like markings on his cheeks because his master called Zero (A talking ninja wolf) once told him that to get stronger he needed fangs. Jio has an extremely long scarf that is heavy so he can use it to wrap around things and his attire is mostly black and white, also uses an earring like a crescent moon in his left ear. After the time skip Jio still uses the same style of clothing with small changes. No, he doesn’t wear a jacket, instead he has two straps of cloth tied to his belt that goes from his waist to his ankles, and they are one black and one white.
Personality: Despite his bloodthirsty nature, he generally maintains a relaxed, and laid-back demeanor, even during battle. In addition, while Jio is very powerful, he never seems to overestimate his own ability, as he immediatly ordered 'The Band Of Seven' to run as he saw the massive army, made by the temporary alliance between the feuding Daimyō, that hunted them. ➠ Background Information
History:
- Jio was born into the infamous Nekura clan thus one of his primary dreams was always to become the strongest Nekura member in history and be the proud head of the clan. His father was a killer and elite Shinobi known as Akuma of the Nekura clan. He disappeared after impregnating Jio's mother but when Jio was 5 he returned. His return was for one simple reason; to give his offspring the mark of the demon, officially inducting young Jio into the clan. When Jio's mother found out she decided to take him to an old friend of hers that had built his own temple just outside of the Lightning country. She thought that sending the 5 year old, narcissistic Jio to the temple near Kumo would help his problems.. He spent his days simply training to become a genin at the temple in order to become a cloud shinobi, and once he did they referred to the child as "Le Kaze Akuma" ("The Wind Devil") and believed he was prophesied to unite the warring villages by bringing back the Juubi itself.
- Throughout his travels Jio had met a good man named Mystagon who took him in and taught him to use an element for the first time. Jio and Mystagon trained for an extended period of time before Mystagon suddenly and mysteriously disappeared and could no longer teach him the ways of lightning. Jio felt as if he wouldn't be able to pick back up on his training anytime soon but out of the blue a shinobi named Korra showed up and announced that she'd be training him in lightning from that day on. Hearing the news Jio was overjoyed and was ready to jump back into training with the shinobi avatar. Over time the two trained intensely which lead to Jio mastering the element of lightning in what seemed to be like mere weeks.. But at the end of the day, Jio was at that moment still inferior to his predecessors.
- Thinking he'd gained all the possible knowledge of lightning release from Korra, he took a break from training with her for a while in order to head back to the Demon country in hopes of seeing his mother again. While on his way through Konoha he crossed the great naruto bridge which he heard stories about but while crossing it he crossed paths with a Shinobi named Solf J. Kimblee. Solf and Jio having a similar state of mind which was "destroy shit" instantly clashed with eachother which only resulted in a quick, one sided battle that favored Solf. Feeling utterly inferior to the ninja Jio abandoned the mission to see his mom and used his tracking skills to hunt down the man who made childs play of him. After a couple of days of tracking him he finally caught up to Solf and pleaded for him to teach him skills in water jutsu so that they could one day fight on equal grounds. Out of what was surely pitty Solf decided to take Jio and make him his student. The two first crossed a giant lake where Solf taught Jio the basics of the Suiton element and lead him to a hidden forest. The forest was inhabited with many unknown creatures that hunted through the day and night, but to complete the training Jio would have to follow his teacher through the place. After entering the forest they traveled for days on out while Solf taught him even more basic skills. They'd finally make it to a large dojo on the outskirts of the forest that seemed to be owned by Solf. Jio and her teacher stayed at the dojo without leaving for 6 months straight in order for him to gain mastery of suiton which he realized to not be his affinity. He then vowed to crush his teacher with the very skills he taught him in order to repay him for the loss he had previously suffered.
- After leaving the dojo that he presently owned, Jio also sought out training in wind, fire and earth, which were taught to him by shinobi such as Vision, Hazama, Coyote, Cobalt, Hellsbadass and Wind.... They all taught the young Shinobi something different about each element which led to his mastery over each and him being able to weild them with such ease. A little while later, he ran into a man named Gobi who took him in as a student, though it wasn't for an element. Gobi taught Jio how to mess with his foes minds, casting illusions and such. He quickly got the hang of this art, mastering it and making it one of his main ways of fighting..*
- Later on in Jio's life, after he had mastered all of the basics and finished his travel of curiosity, he returned to Kumo and took his spot as a loyal shinobi. After spending some time back home in the clouds, Jio was called forth by the Raikage... But why? He went nervously not knowing why the old man (Killer Bee) wanted to see him, but he made sure to hide any hints of intimidation. He had called him up for a mission, not any mission, but an undercover S-rank mission that would prove to be very difficult. Jio had to be sent to Amegakure as a spy... He was sent to the village hidden in the rain simply to live amongst them and relay info between himself and Kumo. Near the end of his spying mission, which took nearly a year, he had finally been sent home, though before he left he took a scroll which detailed the ways to learn and complete the secret element Ameton.
- Over the years of Jio's life, he had found out about his siblings, which were only 2 ppl that were confirmed. One was Akuma, who he found out was his father after many random training sessions with him. Akuma periodically checked up on Jio, teaching him secret clan techniques, Taijutsu and personal techniques as the boy grew in power. His other relative was his elder brother, who coincidentally resided inside of Kumogakure also. It seemed Akuma had another son, Broly of The Nekura clan, whom Jio surprisingly became very close to. Just like Jio, Broly was very violent, but his violence was on a whole new scale, Shit Jio hadn't seen since his father's rages in training. The man did truly horrific things in battle right before his younger brother's eyes, but Jio for some reason enjoyed the rage within his brother. When Jio turned 18, Akuma returned once more. This time was to inform his offspring of his newly acquired rank within the clan; Black Knight. There hadn't been a Black knight promotion Within the clan for years, and Jio was quite excited at the fact he attained such a mastery of the clan powers before his peers; Eustass and Broly. From that point Jio learned Dark Convergence and was told the next step would need to happen on the moon itself. After that, Jio is last noted to be on the moon (Dark Convergence mode, teleported to moon) training with his father and brother in the art of the Oni, his family's secret technique crafted by his father, proving that the love is real fam......

Jio's Abilities: Jio is very adept in the use of the Wind release, which is his first affinity and also his signature element. Jio is one of the most advanced Wind release user in his Generation, being able to perform every Wind related techniques except for Kekkei Genkai techniques with a single and swift handseal. To compliment his love and control of wind, Jio had become a known wielder of the great Sword known as Shine-Tsu-Hiko or better known as "God of Wind". This sword gave Jio a passive +15 to all his wind based techniques, the ability to passively glide through the air and even land unharmed from extensively high drops or falls from very large heights. Along with those passive abilities he gains a plethora of abilities and techniques specifically for the use of the sword. Jio's second elemental affinity is the Water release, he is also very adapt at using water techniques at an accelerated speed. Being even on par with high level Kirigakure shinobi. Jio has also over 6 swords hidden in his robe, each one are razor sharp and fully capable of conducting Wind chakra, they are comparable to Kirabi's eight blades but about 1/3 of the length. Jio is an exceptional genjutsu user also, his skill with genjutsu is so vast that it is said to rival even those of the Uchiha's. Most of his techniques focus around Pain; primarily using pain as a medium to torture his opponent, he would torture his victims rather than having a fair fight. He also has above average speed, reflexes and tracking due to his intense Taijutsu training, Kenjutsu mastery and harsh training over many styles of close combat. On his back he wears a large metal boomerang, with his tool pouch filled with similar boomerangs but with the sizes comparable to small shuriken. Each boomerang would have an explosive tag and 5 senses disorder tag placed on them, being able to be remotely activated at will.
